We are delighted to announce the Summer School in 'Lipschitz-free spaces and metric geometry', which will take place at the Institute for theoretical sciences, Westlake University, from July 13-24, 2026.
The study of Lipschitz-free spaces is a relatively recent and highly active area at the intersection of Banach space theory, metric geometry, and optimal transport. The program will feature mini-courses and plenary lectures delivered by leading experts, offering participants valuable opportunities to deepen their understanding and engage with established researchers.
Topics will include:
· Lipschitz-free Spaces
· Links with Optimal Mass Transportation
· Links with little Lipschitz Spaces
· Links with Geometric Measure Theory
We particularly welcome early-career scholars and those with a strong interest in functional analysis or related fields to participate in this event.
