Title：Transformation formulae for Eisenstein series
Abstract：In this talk, we discuss an analogue of the van der Corput B-process for exponential sums twisted by the Fourier coefficients of newforms in the space of Eisenstein series of arbitrary weight and level. We also give an application to sub-convexity estimates for the $L$-functions associated to such forms. Similar results also hold for cusp forms.
