Title: Arakelov theory on adelic curves and compactified line bundles on quasi-projective varieties
Abstract: In the first part of the lecture, we will explain the local theory of metrized line bundle considered in Arakelov theory, and give an introduction on the Arakelov theory on adelic curves developed by Chen-Moriwaki. We will briefly recall the arithmetic intersection number and arithmetic volume of adelic line bundles.
In the second part of the lecture lecture, we will discuss another topic, the compactified line bundles (and compactified divisors) on quasi-projective varieties developed by Yuan-Zhang. We explain Yuan-Zhang's idea about the arithmetic intersection number and arithmetic volumes of compactified line bundles, and their equidistribution conjecture on quasi-projective varieties.
