Title：The quantum affine Schur-Weyl functor and the genuine Gelfand-Graev functor
Abstract：In this talk, we will give an expository explanation on the relations among three subjects: the representations of a linear algebraic group, of a quantum affine group/algebra and of a covering group. One such relation is elucidated from a re-interpretation of the classical quantum affine Schur-Weyl functor. The talk is based on joint work with Nadya Gurevich and Edmund Karasiewicz.
