报告题目：Geometric properties of solutions to Elliptic PDE's in Gauss space and related Brunn-Minkowski type inequalities
报告摘要：Concavity properties of solutions to elliptic and parabolic equations, as well as related inequalities, have been extensively studied. In particular, in the parabolic case, the log-concavity of the heat kernel on convex domains plays a fundamental role. In this talk, I will present my recent work on the log-concavity of solutions to parabolic equations associated with the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck operator, carried out in Florence. This is joint work with Professors Andrea Colesanti and Paolo Salani.
