Title One: 3D-Gravity: the three-way intersection of physics, geometry & arithmetic

Abstract One: Although 3(=2+1)D-gravity is toy physical model, it has rich content closely related to geometry and arithmetic. In this talk, I will introduce our work on this topic.

Title Two: Parahoric reduction of formal G-connections

Abstract Two: In this talk, we will establish parahoric reduction theory for G-connections over formal punctured disk, which generalizes classical Levelet-Turrittin-Babbitt-Varadarajan’s theory. As applications, it provides the Tannakian functoriality of regularity via Bremer-Sage’s geometric minimal K-type theory, and also a parahoric version of Frenkel-Zhu’s Borel reduction. This is a joint work with Pengfei Huang, Ruiran Sun and Runhong Zong.
