Title:From Hodge Theory to Hyper-Twistor Structures
Abstract: After recalling classical Hodge theory and Simpson's nonabelian Hodge correspondence, I will introduce variations of hyper-twistor structures, which organize harmonic bundles and their extensions into an abelian tensor category. I will explain how natural symmetries yield a Hodge–Galois reconstruction and provide a new perspective on purity and decomposition for smooth proper direct images. No prior knowledge of twistor theory or dg-categories will be assumed. This is based on a joint work with Lifan Guan.
