讲座主题: Hecke algebras over 2-dimensional local fields
讲座摘要: In the representation theory of p-adic groups, Hecke algebras over 1-dimensional local fields play a central role.
There have been various efforts to extend this theory to 2-dimensional local fields, by many reasons including fundamental applications to an extension of the Langlands-Shahidi method and to emerging 2-dimensional Langlands program.
In this talk, I will present my previous work, partly joint with Henry Kim (Univ. Toronto), on spherical and Iwahori Hecke algebras of SL_2 over 2-dimensional local fields, which is based on the use of Fesenko's measure.
