Title: Hodge theory on toroidal embeddings
Abstract:
We will revise the Bott Vanishing on projective toric varieties with a condition that is compatible with the condition of Kawamata-Viehweg Vanishing. By using such vanishings, we are able to get a better understanding of the Hodge theory on toroidal embedding, including providing a new proof and a Hodge-theoretic explanation of the degeneration of Hodge-de Rham spectral sequence on a projective normal toroidal variety.
